Operational management
Since 2004, Jan Dekker International’s had outsourced the operational management of the central Citrix-based office automation environment, including Microsoft Dynamics NAV, to Qurius. Initially the operational management had been mainly carried out by Qurius at Jan Dekker International’s office, while the subsidiaries abroad were managed on distance. In April 2008 Jan Dekker International ‘moved’ their entire central ICT environment to the hosting center of Qurius Managed Services, the main reason being their outdated server. As a result of outsourcing the operational management to Qurius Hosting Center, a fixed price per month is paid for service as well as hardware.
