Projects

In 2010, Qurius defined 10 CSR projects that will help us realize our ambition to become 100% sustainable by end of 2014.

1) CO2 Footprint: determine the current CO2-emission of Qurius NL, so eco-efficiency measures can be taken and  CO2-neutrality will be feasible end 2011. Compensate for rest of emission.
Objective: 15% reduction by end of 2012.

2) The new world of work: develop and implement a state of the art working practice, according to the standards of ‘The new ways of working’, resulting in higher productivity and employee satisfaction.
Objectives:  Fully operational in 2012
20% reduction of office location costs
2.5% increase in productivity

3) Sustainable propositions: Integration of smart sustainable elements in our products and services to help customers and users become more sustainable and productive.
Objective: 10% extra sales eind 2012

4) Internal IT: improving our internal infrastructure  according to the standards of sustainability.
Objective: 5% CO2-reduction by end of 2012

 5) Mobility: develop and implement a new sustainable mobility policy for Qurius while retaining customer and employee satisfaction.
Objective: 15% fuel reduction by end of 2012

6) Customer dialogues: execute strategic business dialogues on sustainability with top clients. Aim is to discuss about and decide on the possibilities and the needs/demands for social responsibility and sustainability services.
Objective: 6 sessions annually

7) Sustainable recruitment: make and implement a plan that guarantees the (future) inflow and retention of talented employees, focusing op (new) target groups like women, migrants, 55+ employees et cetera.
Objective: 35% women in non-staff jobs in 2014

8) Stakeholder meetings: inform suppliers, partners, customers, shareholders about our sustainability strategy and discuss their feedback, point for improvements, chances for cooperation et cetera.
Objective: One stakeholder meeting annually

9) Remuneration: adjust the remuneration policy according to the standards of sustainability.
Objective: Bonus top management will be related to sustainability objectives met in 2011.

10) Annual reporting according to GRI: as of 2011, Qurius will publish an annual sustainability report according to the GRI international sustainability reporting standards
